Hermes
The messenger of the gods, who carries word between worlds and comes back when he cannot.
Wraps a real form. On submit the face lifts, tilts and leaves, and what stays is a confirmation that the thing actually went. On failure the messenger comes back — the correct myth and the correct UX, because a returned message is exactly what the user needs to understand.

Form submission — the departure and the confirmation.
Budget
- One per form. Never decorate a form that does not send anything.
- The failure state is required, not optional. A messenger who never fails is a lie.
Restraint is the aesthetic, and it does not survive being applied generously. These limits are the specification, not advice.
