A day crossing the face of the thing, and burning down to dusk behind it.
A sun rises at the left edge, arcs over the label and sets at the right, and the face burns down to dusk behind it. The cast shadow swings the other way. Leave early and the sun runs back — the transit is scrubbed, not restarted.
