A black hole, and the light bends
Built for the shelf’s one test — would anyone screenshot it. Nobody needs a black hole explained, there is no drop-in web component for one anywhere, and a warm disc on black happens to be the best bed for white text the house has.
Every pixel launches a photon and integrates its path through curved space, so the ring arcing over the shadow is the underside of the disc seen across the top of it, and the hairline hugging the void is light that orbited before it escaped. Neither is drawn — both fall out of the integration. The disc is fbm over angle and log radius, advected at the Keplerian rate, so the inner edge laps the outer and the texture shears; rigid rotation reads as a spinning CD. Relativistic beaming brightens the limb coming toward you, which is what stops it looking like a symmetrical logo.

A full-bleed backdrop for a page that wants to be looked at. Deliberately does not read sky — nothing near a black hole has an hour, and wiring one in for consistency with the other backdrops would be costume.
